The following FAQ is constantly being updated. If you
do not see a question answered here, email it to us
at support@collinsamerica.com and we
will add it to the FAQ list here on this page.
Is The Danglet Safe To Use?
Yes. Completely. We’ve spent over 3-years developing this product concept into a shippable commercial reality. We use a solid stainless steel inner body and clip mechanism to snap into place with the metal dock connector frame of your iPod or iPhone. This causes no more harm to your iProduct than any other similarly attached dock connector accessory. And, it produces a super reliable mechanical attachment between the Danglet and your iProduct.
Any Tips For Best Usage?
Yes. Always make certain that both steel clips engage with the dock connector on your iProduct. That means to just push the Danglet all the way into the dock connector so that both clips snap into place. Do that, and you should never have a problem.
What Straps Can I Use?
Any sturdy strap in good repair can be used, if it can be clipped, looped, or tied through the steel reinforced opening at the top of the Danglet.
